I just wanted to thank you for your super service helping me to get up and running with my Aerial Assault thrower. The unit had been dropped somewhere during shipping and had definitely been severely injured. After trying several hours to get things adjusted and straightened out, I totally failed and could not get it to feed clay birds at all. Then, I contacted Do-All and Ben (I hope that's right) immediately shipped me replacements for thecrunched parts, and viola! - Last evening with just a little wrench work, it is now up and running.
